Jagotek can mechanically weld parts of any size or weight (30 metres and 150T) in plain, stainless or high-resistance steel by using different welding and assembly processes (mixed or heterogeneous).
Jagotek can carry out the thermal treatments requested or required to avoid any deformation during machining. Max dimension: 20 X 5 X 5 metres. 100 Tonnes
These mechanically welded parts can be listed in a welding document that includes:
- The welder's qualification.
- A form noting the welding operation method
- Qualification of the welding operating methods
Meeting standards NF EN 287, NF EN 288, NF E 83-100, ISO 15614 or any other standards the client requests
Similarly, Jagotek can organise and manage different kinds of tests according to client requirements:
- Visual testing
- Penetrant or magnetic particle testing
- Ultra-sound testing
- Radiography testing.
All testing is carried out by qualified, level 2 COFREND staff.
We can apply any kind of paint according to client specifications.
