Welded fabrication

Jagotek can produce welded components of all sizes and weights (up to 20 metres and 30 t) in carbon steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel or high-yield-strength steel, using different welding and assembly processes (mixed or dissimilar).

Jagotek can carry out the required heat treatments or vibration treatments to avoid deformation during machining. Maximum dimensions: 20 × 5 × 5 metres.

Requirements, testing and finishes

These mechanically welded parts can be listed in a welding document that includes the welder’s qualification, welding operation method and qualification of the welding operating methods, meeting standards NF EN 287, NF EN 288, NF E 83-100, ISO 15614 or any other standards the client requests.

Similarly, Jagotek can organise and manage different kinds of tests according to client requirements. All testing is carried out by qualified, level 2 COFREND staff. We can apply any kind of paint according to client specifications.

Available testing

  • Visual testing
  • Penetrant or magnetic particle testing
  • Ultra-sound testing
  • Radiography testing

Machining

Jagotek can machine all kinds of materials: plain or stainless steel, high strength alloy, bronze, copper, etc, as well as mechanically welded parts.

Jagotek specialises in single unit or low volume manufacture. Our partners have qualified staff and machines that are specially adapted to this type of production.

Jagotek carries out all sorts of part treatment, such as stabilisation, hardness treatment (cementation, hardening, nitriding, etc) and protective coating (galvanising, burnishing, chromium coating, etc) or paint.
