1. Data controller
The data controller is JAGOTEK Engineering Sp. z o.o., ul. K. Siemaszki 62/L3, 31-207 Kraków, Poland.
General e-mail: jagotek@jagotek.com.pl.
Contact for personal data requests: jagotek@jagotek.com.pl
2. Data processed and purposes
When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide: first name, surname, company, e-mail address, telephone number if provided, type of requirement, message content and, where applicable, the attached file.
These data are used to respond to your request, prepare and follow up commercial or technical exchanges, take pre-contractual steps at your request where applicable, secure the form and prevent abuse or spam.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the nature of the request, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary in order to take pre-contractual steps at your request, and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for JAGOTEK Engineering's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries, managing B2B relationships and securing its website.
Where certain data must be retained to comply with a legal obligation, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Required and optional data
First name, surname, e-mail and message are required to send a request through the form. The other fields are optional. Without the required information, a request cannot be sent using the form.
5. Recipients and processors
Data are accessible to authorised JAGOTEK Engineering personnel who need them to process the request and to technical service providers strictly necessary for website hosting and e-mail services, acting according to their role and the applicable data-protection obligations.
Website hosting provider: OVHcloud.
7. Retention periods
Data are retained for the time necessary to deal with the request and the exchanges arising from it.
Contact form enquiries that do not lead to further action are retained for 1 month.
Temporary technical elements used by the form's built-in anti-spam protection are limited to what is necessary for security and are retained only for a short period.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing based on legitimate interests and, where the conditions are met, exercise your right to data portability.
You may submit your request to JAGOTEK Engineering using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For JAGOTEK Engineering in Poland, the authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO): https://uodo.gov.pl/.
9. Security and anti-spam protection
The form uses internal technical safeguards: a signed form token, an invisible honeypot field, a minimum completion-time check and temporary submission rate limiting. No third-party anti-spam service, advertising CAPTCHA or external tracker is activated by this protection.
For abuse-rate limiting, the plugin does not store the IP address in clear text: it is converted into a pseudonymised fingerprint used only during the technical rate-limit window.
10. Cookies and trackers currently used
In the configuration currently delivered, no analytics tool, LinkedIn pixel, advertising tool or other audience-measurement tracker is activated by the JAGOTEK plugin.
The temporary protected client-preview mode may set a strictly necessary cookie to remember authorised access. This mode is intended to be disabled when the public website goes live.
The contact form and its anti-spam protection do not require a tracking cookie or third-party service.
11. Future Analytics, LinkedIn or other trackers
If JAGOTEK Engineering later decides to activate an analytics tool, LinkedIn pixel, advertising service or any other tracker that is not strictly necessary, that tool must not be activated before the required consent mechanism is implemented and this policy is updated. Where consent is required, refusal must be as easy as acceptance.
12. Server technical logs
The hosting provider may generate technical logs required for security, diagnostics and server operation, which may include an IP address, connection date and time and technical information about the request.
13. Policy updates
This policy should be updated whenever processing activities, service providers, measurement tools or applicable rules change.
